The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was too small and had a slightly unpleasant smell. The windows were not soundproof, so the loud music from outside made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there was no hot water in one of the rooms.

The property is so near to istikal street near to everywhere food shopping tram , metro , bus station perfect location and breakfast was okay nothing so fancy but good breakfast food
At night its near all the pubs and nightclubs so its hard to rest at night from 12-3 am but that doesnt have to do with the hotel
