WORST PLACE I’ve ever stayed

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Location is close to the beach.

The apartment was very dirty and not well cared for. Everything was falling apart. One of the bathrooms was missing a shower door, broken trash can, no toilet paper, no where to hang a towel. The shower drain was sitting on the floor instead of installed. The photos of the property are not accurate, they’re basically catfishing their customers with photos from when it was first built. The apartment does not have a pool view as stated. The management was unresponsive and unhelpful. No communication at all except for requests of payment. We were going to stay an extra night and decided not to as soon as we stepped on the property. I messaged the management twice with concerns about the cleanliness and that we didn’t have toilet paper, they ignored me. Please don’t ruin your vacation by staying here, don’t waste your hard earned money when there are way better quality options even if you were to book a different apartment at citygate. You can tell this is purely about profit and the management puts no thought or consideration into their guest’s stay. No paper towels or hand soap. When you walk in the only thing that greets you is a list of charges for any item you may damage during your stay. We had to ask for the WiFi log in. Maybe that would be helpful to have for your guest on the counter instead. There’s dust everywhere, stained counter tops, greasy handprints on the wall, burn marks on the tv stand. The couch is stained and dirty, we never even sat on it. We were too embarrassed to post our accommodations online because of the quality of this place. I’m really trying to save you from making the wrong choice. Luckily Thailand is a beautiful place so we really tired to stay out of the apartment as much as possible. We booked a 2 bedroom and only had 1 room key. AND even the room key looked dirty. I’m sad this was my experience but maybe the brutal honesty will raise their standards.
