L'emplacement de la chambre louée est idéale pour visiter le centre de Naples et alentours aussi (proximité du métro). L'accueil et la communication avec l'hôte se sont parfaitement déroulés et les instructions sont claires pour y arriver. L'appartement entier est un spacieux dupleix disposant d'une grande pièce commune et également d'une grande cuisine. La grande terrasse plein ciel se trouve au dernier étage (soit au 5ème). La chambre louée se situait idéalement au niveau supérieur de l'appartement (salon/cuisine) et disposait d'une petite salle d'eau individuelle fonctionnelle (mais petite). C'est donc un emplacement ideal pour quelques jours (parfait aussi pour un groupe d'amis qui voudrait profiter de l'appartement en entier).
Coté technique le WIFI et la Télé de l'étage supérieure ne fonctionnait pas.
Le point "moins positif" est l'accessibilité. En effet, les 3 premiers étages se font par un escalier assez étroit et avec des marches hautes. La déambulation ensuite entre le niveau 3 et 4 puis 4 et 5 à l'intérieur se fait par des escaliers en colimaçon tout aussi étroits. Ceci est à prendre en compte si vous avez de gros bagages ou des problèmes de mobilité (genoux...).

Great location, 2 minute walk from Montesanto metro station and about 10 minute walk from Dante. The property was clean and AC in the bedroom kept it cool and comfortable. The terrace is a lovely addition if you’re wanting to have some sun whilst on a city break and it feels very private despite being in a very built-up area.
It wasn’t a negative for us but be aware there are 3 quite steep flights of stairs to gain access into the property. In the property itself, the bedrooms are on the bottom floor, the living room and kitchen upstairs, and then the terrace one level above that all connected by tight spiral staircases.
PS: there are lots of nearby shops/restaurants and a fantastic gelato place right next to the apartment!
There is no AC in the kitchen (there is an old AC unit with no remote - so unsure if it works). The kitchen area became very warm during the day in the 31°C heat during summer.

Знаходиться в атмосферному місці. Але це може бути не для всіх. Було багато кухонних приладів, цікаві книжки. Господар швидко відповідав.
Дуже важко підійматися з чемоданом бо сходи дуже високі і вузькі. І їх багато ! У кімнаті не було інтернету, лише на кухні. У кімнаті з власною ванною кімнатою дуже не зручна ванна кімната, у душі мало місця і він постійно падав, ванні не завадив би ремонт. Дуже брудні вікна крізь які нічого не видно. Не вистачає у ванній кімнаті гачків для рушників. На терасі усі квіти засохли і фото тут не співпадають з реальністю. Дуже погана звукоізоляція тому раджу взяти з собою беруші бо район досить шумний. І беріть з собою крем від комарів бо по ночам вони полюють ).
