Don’t book if you dont want to get scammed out of 100€ deposit

The apartment is small and smells

SCAMMERS, do not book. They ask for 100€ deposit but they won’t send it back even after a month.

1 night stay

Good value for money, good location

Deposit being held for 14 days after stay, broken shower, dirty walls next to bed (bogeys!), freezer water on the floor, towels smell like stale water like the hallways, access information was provided after check in time - due to deposit return being returned 14 days after stay and access information provided was late - makes this feels like a scam - deposit has not been returned yet so worried these issues will be charged to our deposit!

Avoid this accomodation specially if you have children, very poor for this money. Bad experience!

Avoid this accomodation! We had lots of bad experience with this accomodation, all bad references before us are true. The entrance code is directly set on the door handle. We came 9 mins later than the check in due to the flight delay and we had to pay 25 EUR! The code was handled remotely but it was just locked and we could not get in! There was no bedding for the 4th person, I had to sleep with children in the bed for 2 people and did not have any space. After the complains they promised to bring the missing bedding but they didnt and we had to buy it by ourselves. Calls were not answered, only messages via booking were answered. Toilet is wobly, shower is incredibly small, you cannot basically turn around without getting the shower curtain out of the shower and then the water goes into the bathroom. Towels are old and smelly, bedding is poor and certainly not for 4 people. There is only sheet and this is maybe sufficient in the summer but not in March where there is 11 degrees at night. We were cold. There are two pots in the kitchen and overall kitchen is poorly equipped, fridge was not working at all and very smelly with mold. There is a surprise that you have to pay for this place 100 EUR deposit and they will pay this back in 14 days. It has been 22 days now and even after my reminder message no deposit was returned nor reply to my message even though I contacted booking.com customer service and they wrote the accomodation to return the money. I still have no money back !!

Diciamo che la struttura non è al top ma visto il prezzo e al quanto proporzionato! La zona, l’ambiente tutto sommato andava bene!

Vanno sistema un po’ di cose nel apartamento ma in generale è andata tutto bene
