Clean, good/safe location, and lovely little touches like snacks and water in the fridge. The host was easily contactable if needed. The stay was an absolute delight.
The only potentially negative thing I'll say is that the booking process was a little odd (the host sent a PayPal link via WhatsApp), which I must admit I thought I was potentially being scammed. But it was all legit and I'm very glad I went ahead.

Marianthi is a wonderful owner of this little apartment and she pays attention to little details, that made us feel so welcome. The fridge had enough water for our whole stay, she left a welcoming note with little snacks and home-made liquor. She explained in detail how to operate the facilities like coffee machine, boiler etc.
The apartment itself is small, but has everything needed, the value for money is incredible. Location was in a quiet neighborhood, but the metro wasn’t far away and a few times we even walked to the city centre since there was nice places to see on the road there. If you got hungry or needed to get some groceries, there were many shops and restaurants around the area.
All in all a great stay and an even better host, if we come back to Greece I would choose Marianthi all over again.
Only thing, that could be improved is the shower. The shower head is a bit too high and since there’s not a lot of space inside, it was a bit awkward to shower and water kept splashing outside to the floor.

Marianthi is an exceptionally kind and helpful host, the apartment is in a great location, close to the center but still quiet. The property was extraordinarily well equipped, everything you could need was available. Highly recommend this apartment and Marianthi, if I come to Athens again, surely I will stay here!
