Nothing special. And Paris itself is a chaotic mess, we definitely will NOT be going there again.

The host was fast to respond to get the keys, the views were nice, the area was wonderful as far as the "iconic-ness" of Paris goes, there was easy access to grocery shopping and plenty of toilet paper... The lighting (from the outside) was also WONDERFUL, very bright and the apartment smelled good (for the most part), also clean linens was a HUGE plus.

The TV was locked so we weren't able to use it. It had 3 lightbulbs that were out. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and he just covered it with a rug... ALSO - and this was a HUGE disappointment, the washer was broke. When we got there it was unplugged, but we NEEDED it, and plugged it in, and ALL it did was spit water. We ended up having to air dry our clothes after - and it didnt wash em at all. Would have been nice to know that in advance. In addition - there was a bucket with soaking rags in the bathroom where the washer was... and the "utility closet" smelled like mildew or mold when we were looking for more garbage bags... (which there was no extra bags) Also - the railing at the top of the stairs was loose and it fell out of the holes it was supposed to sit in so WE ended up having to fix it. All in all I DONT think it was worth what we paid, not even close. But was still a decent place.

Apartment in good location with roof top view

Good location near to lots of bars and restaurants. 5 minutes from the Metro

Confusing instructions on how to get hold of the keys. Several small details made it less enjoyable e.g.coffee machine didn't work

A good value flat with excellent location

The location was brilliant and it was very clean. Lift to apartment with spiral stairs to lounge kitchen and bedroom 2 Small very outside terrace with table was nice. an Good communication with the landlord through the stay.

Nobody’s fault but it was super noisy from outside bars and restaurants which reflected its very central location. This is beyond the remit of the landlord.

Location and the place itself! On the top of Paris! It couldn’t have felt more Parisian.
