I do not recommend staying here.
The location was convenient to where I needed to go during my stay. The building had an elevator which made it easy to take my luggage up to the room. They allowed pets, but there was a 70euro cleaning fee.
First, the address in the booking.com listing is NOT where the facility is located. You have to go up this treacherous route to get to it. I would NOT recommend using their parking if snow or ice is in the forcast. And a large car will have difficulties. I asked if they accepted VAT forms (they do not) so the owner/manager said he would give me a discount when I paid but I had already paid up front. I was told it was a "fully equipped" kitchen but there were no dish towels, dish cloths, pot holders, frying pans(only pots) and every dish was greasy/dirty, even the glass in the bathroom. I even pointed out dirty dishes in the dish washer when the owner/manager showed me the room initially and he did not offer to do anything about it. I had to use my bath towel as a pot holder. No dish soap, dish washing machine soap. I had to go get this so I could wash all the dishes before using them. The cold water in the bathroom sink did not turn on at all so I had to use the kitchen sink for brushing my teeth, washing my face, etc. At check out, I pointed all of this out to him. And he still charged me the whole pet-cleaning fee of 70 euro even though my dog is 1.8 kg, non-shedding dog and was cleaner than anything in the apartment and gave me no "discount" on the price of the apartment. And his response was "Hmmm, I'll have to get this fixed right away." I had borrowed dish towels from a friend and he said "You can take them, we have them," So why were none in this apartment??? The reason I did not point all of this out during my stay, I did not want anyone going in to repair/clean/bring things, because I was there for work. So during the day, I was not there and I did not want to risk my dog getting out. These are things that should have been noticed and taken care of before my arrival. To take a cleaning fee from me when I had to clean so many things for my stay, is really gutsy.
