Disappointing experience – we could not stay at the property
We booked this accommodation for one night in Bellagio for approximately €200. Despite informing the property in advance of our late arrival, we were very disappointed by the conditions we found after self check-in.
The apartment was located in a basement, which we did not feel was clearly communicated in the listing. The living area had no windows, with the only window located in the bathroom. There was a strong smell of damp and mould, several dead wasps on the floor, and visible yellow stains on the bed linen. Finding dead wasps inside the apartment was particularly concerning and certainly did not make us feel comfortable or confident about spending the night there. We documented these issues with photos and videos.
We left immediately, without using the accommodation, returned the keys to the lockbox and had to find alternative accommodation at our own expense.
We contacted the property in writing, but the owner disputed our concerns and was unwilling to acknowledge the problems or cooperate with our request for a full refund. Instead, we were told that we should have checked the listing more carefully.
We have since escalated the matter to Booking.com, which is reviewing the complaint and the supporting documentation. The refund dispute remains unresolved.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, particularly considering the price paid. Based on the conditions we encountered and the way our complaint was handled, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Маленькие апартаменты но есть кухня, микроволновка и кофе машина. Очень приятно что нам дали бутылку шампанского
Апартаменты находились очень удобно возле пляжа и возле автобусной остановки
