ZERO RELIABILITY! ZERO RESPONSIBILITY! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! NEVER AGAIN!

I have NEVER experienced such terrible, irresponsible, and unprofessional service in my life! I booked this apartment on 1 September 2026 for 30 September to 7 October 2026. I contacted the owner through WhatsApp THREE TIMES, and each time they confirmed my reservation, including my midnight arrival. They specifically promised someone would meet us in the lobby for check-in. HOWEVER, WHEN WE ARRIVED AT MIDNIGHT, NOBODY SHOWED UP! We called repeatedly, sent WhatsApp messages, and received NO RESPONSE! Eventually, their phone became unreachable. WHAT KIND OF IRRESPONSIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE IS THIS?! We were left stranded in the lobby at midnight with our luggage, no accommodation, and nowhere to sleep! If you couldn't provide the apartment, WHY DIDN'T YOU INFORM US EARLIER? We could have arranged alternative accommodation before arriving in Kuala Lumpur! Instead, you confirmed everything THREE TIMES and then completely disappeared without any explanation or apology! This is absolutely unacceptable, disgraceful, and shows a complete lack of responsibility and basic respect for customers! WARNING TO ALL FUTURE GUESTS: Don't be fooled by the beautiful photos, great location, or KLCC views. None of that matters if the owner cannot be trusted to honour a confirmed booking! ZERO RELIABILITY! ZERO RESPONSIBILITY! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! I would NEVER book this property again, and I strongly advise future guests to think very carefully before trusting this accommodation provider. Star KLCC by Memorable Stay – the name says "Memorable Stay," and unfortunately, it really was memorable, but for ALL THE WRONG REASONS! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! NEVER AGAIN!

Very disappointing experience – left without accommodation on our arrival day.

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the property, so I cannot comment positively on the accommodation itself.

We were informed at the very last minute, on the day of our arrival, that our booked accommodation was unavailable due to a water leak. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and had just completed around 14 hours of travel. We arrived in Kuala Lumpur exhausted, sleep-deprived and very late, only to find ourselves without the accommodation we had booked. We then had to deal with the stress of finding another place to stay at the last minute in a city we had just arrived in. I understand that technical problems can happen, but in such a situation I expected the property to take responsibility and provide proper assistance or suitable alternative accommodation. It was an extremely stressful and disappointing start to our honeymoon.
