Overall a good pleasant hotel stay.

Customer service by staff and cleanliness of hotel and room.

Too much activity around the pool table with too many people playing, etc. Only, a few people played the whole time and others were not able to use. No pool or spa at hotel. Breakfast could have been better and fresher. I also was not given a first-floor room as requested at time of reservation.

The rooms were nice and breakfast was good with variety

The beds slept terrible it felt like one side you were going to fall off. When mentioning to staff they said “sorry” No where to store clothing in a drawer which I prefer

A 'Tru-ly' good night!

Friendly staff, super comfortable room and bed, great shower- I stay here everytime I drive cross country. My dog *loves* it here- very dog friendly! They even get a free toy! Breakfast is tasty, internet is stable and fast enough for work/ streaming.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Any questions that I had, were answered promptly and kindly. Overall, would recommend the facility! Will be back! ❤️

The Friendly Tru Hilton at Meridian

The young man at the front desk, Jordan, was such a ray of sunshine. He was so friendly and made me feel at ease about staying at this hotel.

The TV was difficult to navigate.

friendly staff, bad location and insulation.

nice gym and breakfast, very friendly staff. room was nicely laid out and clean.

location was confusing to get to from the interstate. every sound made outside of the room seemed to amplify within the room, which made sleeping difficult. air conditioner only seemed to have two modes, off and full blast.

I liked the overall setup and that it was clean.

I didn’t like that my room had no bathtub.

The employees we met were very friendly, but this property suffered from a shortage of staff.

The property itself was nice, off the Main Street, good lighting.

Despite checking in at 6 pm, we waited approximately 30 minutes for a room due to a shortage of housekeepers. The common areas were not very clean. There was food left in our mini-fridge. There were no coffee makers in the rooms.

The bed was so comfortable! My husband and I loved it. The front desk staff were so nice.

It would have been a nice place due to the above circumstances. Rooms need to be sprayed for roaches

Breakfast was okay and decor was nice.

I had 3 roaches in my room and shower was not clean due to hair.

Stay? What Stay?

When we arrived at the property, we were told they did not have a room for us, despite the fact that we 1.) had a confirmation e-mail and 2.) they had the confirmed, non-refundable reservation in their system. The desk clerk cancelled our reservation, sent me an e-mail confirming the cancellation, and told me that I would, “…have to call Booking.com to try to get my money refunded.

Great amenities, horrible room

The staff was phenomenal super friendly incredibly helpful. The location is fantastic right in the center of everything plenty of places to eat and shop. The breakfast was nice having access to hot water and coffee 24/7 was great. The amenities are really nice great little hang out spots both inside and out. The value for what you get is good. Pet friendly is a plus.

The room was terrible the floors were filthy the bathroom was in serious need of a deep clean, and there's no cleaning staff on site 24/7 so any housekeeping needs have to wait which isn't ideal. Unfortunately, the staff and amenities can't make up for the sad sad state of the room. Wish there was a water fountain on each floor.
