The Godewind House was built in 2003 and is situated in a prime location in the West district of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn, in the second row from the beach. The town forest begins right behind the house. Restaurants and shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity. Free parking spaces and a bike shed are located right next to the house.

LOVINGLY FURNISHED 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH BALCONY NEAR THE BEACH
The lovingly and modernly furnished 2-room vacation apartment No. 12 is located on the first floor of the Godewind building in Kühlungsborn West and, with approximately 53 m², offers plenty of space for 2 to 4 people. You’re just about 200 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, and shopping and restaurants are also within easy reach.
The bright living room is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. From here, you have direct access to the sunny, south-west-facing balcony. Here you can start your day with a leisurely breakfast or enjoy the sunset in the evening with a glass of wine. The furnished balcony offers a quiet outdoor spot to breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air and relax as your vacation comes to a close.
The separate kitchen features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with four burners, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided. The kitchen also features a dining table where you can enjoy meals together in a cozy atmosphere.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and offers ample storage space thanks to the large closet with a full-length mirror. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower, a sink, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer, allowing for both relaxing baths and quick showers.
SPECIAL FEATURES
The vacation rental is located in a well-maintained, smoke-free building, so you can enjoy a relaxing vacation in a smoke-free environment. Pets are not allowed, making the apartment particularly suitable for people with allergies.
Utility costs are already included in the rental price, so you won’t encounter any hidden additional costs. Bedding and towels can be conveniently added as a laundry package, which makes your arrival easier.
