Nestled between Causse and Bouriane, La Bergerie de Leth in Saint-Projet is the perfect getaway for groups of up to 10 people. This fully renovated former sheepfold has preserved the spirit of the place thanks to its exposed stone walls and authentic materials. Surrounded by nature, it offers a peaceful setting while remaining close to local shops, just 5 km away. Around the cottage, donkeys and horses graze peacefully, much to the delight of young and old alike. After a day of exploring, enjoy the shared pool (open from June to September) and the sauna, accessible from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for everyone’s comfort. The owners—discreet but nearby—will be happy to share their tips and their passion for the region. Canoeing on the Dordogne, hiking, and bike rides: here, you can experience nature to the fullest. Ideally located, the cottage serves as a great base for exploring Rocamadour and the must-see sites of the Lot. Just a few minutes away, the Écoute s’il Pleut lake promises fun family time! And for a completely stress-free stay, housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Entryway, 2 bedrooms (1 140-cm bed, 1 160-cm bed, 1 90-cm bed), bathroom, separate toilet; then up the stairs to the living area, kitchenette, laundry room (washer, dryer), separate toilet with sink, and direct access to a 16 m² covered terrace and a private 3,000 m² garden (pétanque court, barbecue, ping-pong table). On the second floor: mezzanine living room, 2 attic bedrooms (2 160 beds, 1 90 bed), shower room, separate toilet. Underfloor heating on the first floor and in the living area, as well as a wood-burning stove. Electric heating on the second floor. Wi-Fi access. Shared, unfenced grounds across from the cottage with a shared heated saltwater pool (15x7, depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.80) secured by a roller shutter and a wellness area (infrared sauna) accessible from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Private parking.
