From here, you can step out onto the 20 m² covered terrace, which is furnished with lounge furniture and offers a view of the horizon. The dining table provides plenty of space for cozy get-togethers, and the kitchen has everything you could want. It is equipped with an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The two bedrooms each feature a double bed (1.90 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and two nightstands. The first bedroom also features a flat-screen TV. Electric roller shades are installed for privacy. The apartment has two bathrooms. The first bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower, while the second bathroom has natural light and is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.
