Stunning ocean view, large terrace facing the Baltic Sea and south-facing, comfortable lounge furniture, 2 bedrooms, natural-light shower room, Wi-Fi, beach chair across the street on the beach (seasonal: May 15 – Sept. 15), outdoor parking space; this apartment also features an additional, separate room with a bed, a TV, a shower, a sink, and a toilet. This room must be booked as an add-on for groups of 5 people; cost per day: €30.00.

This vacation rental with a stunning ocean view is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful residential complex near the city center. The beach is right at your doorstep. Arrive, relax, and unwind. This vacation rental, which has been furnished with great care, lets you enjoy your vacation to the fullest. It’s very centrally located, and the Dünenmeile—with its numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops—is just a few minutes’ walk away.

As soon as you step into the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The living area of this dream apartment is absolutely bright and flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and large skylights; of course, privacy screens are available if needed. The modern living area features a cozy dining area (from which you can also enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea), with plenty of space for 5 people. Here you can dine in comfort and spend pleasant hours socializing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
The living area is furnished with a large corner sofa and a table. In addition to a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The bathroom features natural light, a floor-to-ceiling shower, a bathtub, and heated floors. The bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a TV in each room.

This apartment also has an additional, self-contained room with a bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a TV, a shower, a sink, and a toilet. You are welcome to book this room as an add-on. It’s ideal for an au pair or a single person who prefers a private, self-contained space.
The private parking space in front of the house ensures safe parking for your vehicle. A travel crib with a mattress and a high chair, Wi-Fi, and a beach chair across the street on the beach (seasonal: May 15–September 15) are available to you free of charge for this
vacation rental. A washing machine and dryer are located downstairs in the building.
