Cozy 3-room vacation apartment, approx. 80 m², for up to 4 people, with a balcony, rooftop terrace, bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, parking space, and an elevator.
Location
The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building on Alte Bergstraße, featuring a balcony and a large south-facing rooftop terrace, and is easily accessible by elevator. The spa gardens and the Dünenmeile, with their lovely cafés, restaurants, and shops, are just a few steps away.

A very attractive, high-quality vacation apartment furnished with great care. It features light-colored plank-style flooring throughout, along with underfloor heating. The living area includes a dining area and a cozy seating area. The couch can be easily converted into a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m) in just a few simple steps. In addition to the flat-screen TV, a modern hi-fi system is available for your use. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, included. The south-facing balcony is furnished with a round rattan table with a glass top and four chairs. The modern kitchen has everything you could want. It includes, among other things, a drip coffee maker, washing machine, warming drawer, egg cooker, toaster, blender, immersion blender, and an Alessi juicer. Bright shower room, walk-in shower, and heated towel rack.
A comfortable staircase leads you to the upper floor. Here you’ll find two bedrooms and a large rooftop terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with two single box-spring beds (90 x 200 m), a dresser, a TV, and two nightstands. The second bedroom is furnished with a Ruf box-spring bed (180 x 200 m), a wardrobe, two nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. All windows on the upper floor can be darkened with electric exterior roller shades. Two lounge chairs are available on the large rooftop terrace.

A lovely, very nice apartment. A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge upon request, as is free Wi-Fi in the apartment. This vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment. Smokers are welcome to use the balcony—thank you for your understanding. Pets are also not allowed. It is therefore particularly well-suited for people with allergies.
