The two-bedroom vacation apartment spans the third floor and the attic and can accommodate up to 4 people in a space of approximately 68 m². The apartment is continuously being modernized; most recently, the bathroom was completely remodeled in early 2025.
The cozy living area features a corner sofa, a comfortable armchair, and a smart TV. Here, you can relax after your excursions in and around Kühlungsborn. The built-in kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave and is integrated into the living area.
There is also a guest restroom on this floor. A staircase inside the apartment leads to the converted attic, where you’ll find the newly renovated bathroom with a shower, as well as the bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a TV. In an adjoining room, you’ll find another double bed (140x200) and a single bed.
The spacious balcony is furnished with balcony furniture and a beach chair, where you can relax wonderfully. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
The building has coin-operated washing machines and dryers. You can store any bicycles you bring with you, and a car can be parked in the building’s outdoor parking lot.
Please note that during the high season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a gap of at least 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
