This exceptionally spacious vacation rental is centrally located in the Old Town and spans the first and second floors of a well-maintained building in Suhrenpohl. With a living area of approximately 130 m², it offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 6 people and is ideal for larger families, couples, or guests who value spacious living in a quiet setting. Despite its central location, the house is pleasantly quiet on a large, lovingly landscaped property, just about 250 meters from Heiligenhafen’s market square.
The heart of the apartment is the very spacious living and dining area, which is bright and inviting and offers plenty of room for spending time together. A comfortable couch and a large dining table invite you to relax together, enjoy a meal, or wind down at the end of the day in a cozy atmosphere. Entertainment is provided by a TV, Wi-Fi, and a radio.
The kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped, leaving little to be desired. A ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combo, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle make it easy to prepare your own meals—from a quick breakfast to a shared dinner.
The apartment features four separate bedrooms that can be used flexibly and offer plenty of privacy. Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds (180 x 200 cm), while the other two bedrooms each have a single bed (90 x 200 cm). Closets and dressers provide ample storage space, and blackout blinds ensure restful nights.
For added comfort, there are two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet—ideal when several guests are traveling together.
Another highlight is the apartment’s outdoor area. You’ll have access to a terrace and a garden area, which are furnished with outdoor furniture, a parasol, and even a beach chair right outside the apartment. Here you can enjoy sunny hours or relax outdoors as the day comes to a close.
Practical amenities such as a washing machine, a clothes rack, and a parking space right next to the house provide additional comfort, especially during longer stays. The apartment is a smoke-free property and features blackout curtains in all sleeping areas.
Thanks to its central yet quiet location, you can easily reach the market square, shopping, cafes, and restaurants on foot. You can also start walks through the old town or excursions toward the harbor and the Baltic Sea right from your doorstep.
This spacious vacation apartment is ideal for guests who want to combine plenty of space, a quiet setting, and a central location.
