About this apartment rental
Bed linens, towels, etc., are not included in the travel price. Additional bookable services: bed linens, towels, high chairs. Pets: if allowed (see description), registration and payment of a flat fee are required. Visitor’s tax: 1.80 euros during the off-season and 3.00 euros per day per adult during the peak season. Payment terms: A deposit of 25 percent is due within 5 days; remaining balance 21 days before arrival. The apartment is located in Building H of the vacation park, on the 9th floor, with an east-facing balcony offering a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea with the Fehmarn Sound Bridge, as well as the inland lake with the town and marina.
The 45 m² apartment features a combined living and dining room with a flat-screen TV and radio, a sleeping area in the living room with a double bed, and a separate children’s room with a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a 4-burner stove. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Non-smoking apartment; no pets; no Wi-Fi; elevator; bike storage; approx. 300 m to the beach; parking behind the vacation park. Perfect location near the beach, Aktiv-Hus, shops, and restaurants.
