About this apartment rental
Set back just 150 meters from the Baltic Sea, the "Villa Sonnengarten" complex is home to Vacation Apartment No. 4. This cozy and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor and comfortably accommodates 2–4 people.
Thanks to its south-facing orientation and deep window recesses, the apartment is very bright. The south-facing balcony, which is usually sheltered from the wind, invites you to relax while enjoying the garden view; guests are also welcome to use the garden.
The apartment is superbly equipped: entryway, living room with a comfortable couch, dining table, TV with satellite system, stereo system with CD player, Wi-Fi via a Gigabox, kitchenette (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, stove with ceramic cooktop, and oven). A beautiful bathroom with a shower and washing machine rounds out the apartment.
Two garden loungers are available for use in the garden in the lockable bike storage room.
Beach access points 1 and 2, which offer beach chair rentals, are located in the immediate vicinity.
Parking: Loading and unloading directly at the building is not permitted. The parking lot is located on a neighboring property (Fritz-Reuter-Weg, to the right behind the Wichernhaus, past the traffic light, turn right onto the grassy area, then left past the stone—park there), about a 3-minute walk away (approx. 250 m). Only one outdoor parking space is available.
Note on bed linens: Bed linens are not included, but we offer you the option to add our linen package per person for an additional fee.
Note on the visitor’s tax: Since we are a spa and therapeutic bath facility, our municipality charges a visitor’s tax. You may claim a discount if you have a severely disabled person’s ID card.
