The "Villa Augusta, Vacation Rental 01" is a modern vacation rental with a nautical decor that accommodates up to 4 people. It is located on the first floor of the "Villa Augusta" building. With 60 m² of space, it offers plenty of room for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.
The bedroom and the bathroom with a walk-in shower are both spacious. The large living area includes a dining area and a modern built-in kitchen. It features an open layout and offers a beautiful view into the adjoining living room. The dishwasher makes cleaning up a breeze. A filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are standard amenities in our vacation apartments.
This is a non-smoking apartment, and its terrace invites you to relax outdoors. Of course, patio furniture is provided. In the living room, the smart TV provides entertainment. Wi-Fi is also available. Please note that bed linens are not included. You can bring your own from home or book a bed linen and towel package for an additional fee. The outdoor parking space is right next to the house. The vacation rental’s location is ideal for exploring the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen and its surroundings. The beach is only about 240 m from Villa Augusta. The nearest restaurant is only about 70 m away.

Note on the visitor’s tax: Since we are a spa and health resort, our municipality charges a visitor’s tax. You may claim a discount if you have a severely disabled person’s ID card.
