The comfortable vacation rental “Nienhüs Apartment 1” is located in Niendorf/Baltic Sea, a neighborhood of Timmendorfer Strand, in a beautiful, quiet setting[nbsp] just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach and the newly redesigned promenade. The quaint Niendorf yacht and fishing harbor with its diverse selection of restaurants, the sports beach, a bakery,[nbsp] a newsstand, and a bike rental shop[nbsp] are all conveniently within a few minutes’ walk. The sophisticated Timmendorfer Strand can be reached in no time by bike, riding right along the beach.
The[nbsp] vacation apartment[nbsp] on the first floor of the newly built “Nienhüs” building—which has only 7 units—features a beautiful, south-facing terrace of approximately 20 square meters with a small garden area. It is equipped with patio furniture, a beach chair, and an electric awning. A wonderful retreat at any time of day.[nbsp] The spacious living area features a cozy sofa set with a sleeper function (120x200), a TV, and free Wi-Fi access. The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure bright, sunny rooms that invite you to relax, and the radiant floor heating provides a comfortable indoor climate. The open-concept kitchen with an adjoining dining area features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The separate bedroom features a double bed (180x200) and a built-in closet. The high-quality, modern bathroom with a window is equipped with a large, floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower. There is a separate storage room in the apartment.
A designated parking space is located directly next to the building.
