The high-quality Westcoast vacation home offers a wonderful retreat without sacrificing the special atmosphere and lifestyle of Timmendorfer Strand. The kilometer-long sandy beach and the promenade are just 350 meters away, and Timmendorfer’s shopping district—with its many exclusive stores, events, and venues is easily accessible on foot via the promenade, as is the quaint Niendorf Harbor with its lively atmosphere and what are arguably the tastiest fish sandwiches far and wide.
A beautiful Hampton-style semi-detached home awaits you. Sunny rooms and high-quality finishes ensure a high standard of living in a beautiful setting. With 3 bedrooms, a modern bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub, and an additional guest restroom, the house offers 75 square meters of living space—enough room for 5 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation right by the beach. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living area with a sofa, TV, and wood-burning stove, an adjoining dining area, and an open-concept kitchen fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances for cooking together. The south-facing covered porch with a garden is a wonderful place to relax or enjoy outdoor activities. A bedroom, furnished with a single bed (90x200) and a dresser, as well as a guest restroom, are also located on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (180x200), a wardrobe, and another TV. The other is furnished with two single beds (90x200), a closet, and a desk for working from home. The high-quality bathroom, featuring a bathtub, shower, and built-in washing machine, is modern and filled with natural light. The bedroom windows can be darkened (no blackout curtains). Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
A carport parking space is located on the property (not suitable for large SUVs).
