The "Kleines Glück" vacation rental is located[nbsp] in an excellent location[nbsp] in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand. You’re guaranteed to be just a short walk from the lively promenade in the town center, and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is only a few steps away. All shopping options, a bakery, and a bike rental shop are located in the immediate vicinity. A perfect location for a varied vacation!
The vacation rental on the first floor impresses with its well-designed layout and invites 2–3 people to relax near the beach. The lovely sunny balcony is located directly in front of the living area and is equipped with patio furniture and an awning, so you can enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air at any time of day. You’ll find a bright, welcoming living room with large windows, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, featuring a sofa bed, TV, Bluetooth radio, and a dining area for 4 people. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and much more. The bedroom is separated from the living area by sliding doors and features a high-quality box spring bed (180x200), electric exterior blinds, and a closet with ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The new, high-quality bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, towel warmer, and a skylight.
The vacation rental includes a designated outdoor parking space. A shared bicycle storage room (space not guaranteed) is located in the basement and can be accessed via the stairs in the hallway; open bike racks are located at the entrance to the building. A washing machine (for a fee) is available in the basement for shared use. There is no elevator. Just 100 meters away, there are several electric vehicle charging stations available for use (for a fee).
