The exclusive Luv vacation apartment is located on the first floor of an architecturally striking new building on a quiet hillside in Scharbeutz, just 250 meters from the kilometer-long sandy beach and the Baltic Sea. It offers an exclusive retreat combined with the unique atmosphere and lifestyle of Scharbeutz. Great seaside dining, beach bars, shopping, and numerous events await you on the lively Dünenmeile, which is easily accessible in just a few minutes by bike or on foot.
You’ll find an exceptionally well-equipped and tastefully furnished vacation apartment that, with its 2 separate bedrooms, offers plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a wonderful setting. Underfloor heating, electric exterior blinds, and floor-to-ceiling windows—which create an open, airy feel—ensure a high standard of living. The centerpiece of the vacation apartment is the Siematic Design kitchen with a fully equipped cooking island, perfect for cooking together, and the adjoining Hampton-style dining area. The cozy living area, furnished with a sofa and TV, offers a view of and access to the spacious southeast-facing terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers—the perfect spot to wind down the day with a glass of wine while enjoying the view of the Baltic Sea. Both bedrooms offer a magnificent view of the sea and are equipped with high-quality carpet, double beds (180x200), and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms also features a TV. In the hallway of the entryway, there is another built-in closet for storing jackets and coats. The bathroom is very high-quality and modern, equipped with an XXL walk-in shower. The washer and dryer are located in a built-in cabinet. Wi-Fi is, of course, available for free use.
A designated parking space is reserved on the property. An elevator is available. Directly across the street is a publicly accessible electric vehicle charging station.
