About this apartment rental
Bed linens, towels, etc., are not included in the travel price. Additional bookable services: bed linens, towels, high chairs. Pets: if allowed (see description), registration and payment of a flat fee are required. Tourist tax: 1.80 euros during the off-season and 3.00 euros per day per adult during the peak season. Payment terms: A deposit of 25 percent is due within 5 days; remaining balance 21 days before arrival. Payment options: Bank transfer; no credit cards or cash accepted; EC card accepted on-site only by prior arrangement. The “Mühlenstraße 8” apartment building is centrally located right on the market square. The two-story building, with only four units, is situated in the heart of the city center—the harbor, shops, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The beach is approximately 1.9 km away.
The approximately 65 m² apartment on the 1st floor can accommodate up to 3 people. Living/dining room with a sleeper sofa and TV; open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Separate bedroom with a double bed and TV. Modern bathroom with a shower stall. Wi-Fi available; parking space behind the building.
Important notes: Non-smoking apartment; one dog permitted upon request; access via Suhrenpohl.
