This very select and high-quality vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of a new residential complex, Villa Scharbeutz, directly across from the spa park, close to the city center. Just a short walk to the beach. The Dünenmeile, with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops, is just a few minutes’ walk away. Fresh rolls in the morning—the bakery is just a few steps away.

With its floor-to-ceiling windows, the vacation apartment exudes a bright, cozy atmosphere. The built-in kitchen in the living-dining area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired; it features a kitchen unit with an oven, ceramic cooktop, electric stove,[nbsp] dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, filter coffee maker, and a Krups capsule machine. The living area is furnished with a high-quality sofa (which can be easily converted into a full-size bed in just a few simple steps), a coffee table, a large TV, and a dining area. From the living area, you can step out onto the lovely, southwestern-facing balcony. Here you’ll find a table and chairs, as well as a recliner. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200) and includes a wardrobe, two nightstands, and a TV. Are you used to sleeping in the dark? No problem—electric exterior roller shutters are available. The bright, airy shower room features a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror. There is a large, semi-wraparound southwest-facing balcony with a table, chairs, and two lounge chairs. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, as well as privacy and light-blocking coverings on all windows and additional electric roller shutters.

There is a bicycle storage area in the courtyard right outside the front door. It is not permitted to store bicycles in the stairwell, in the basement, or inside the apartment.
During the season (May 15–September 15), a free beach chair is available for you on the beach.
