This cozy vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the popular Steinwarder 37 apartment building, beautifully situated on a dune peninsula between the Baltic Sea and an inland lake. The location could hardly be better—the main beach is right across the street, and the inland lake, with its soothing view, is right in front of your balcony.
The approximately 36 m² apartment features a living/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa, flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle, as well as a bathroom with a shower. South-facing balcony with a view of the inland lake. Free Wi-Fi, seasonal beach chair, elevator, shared bicycle storage, and parking space available. Non-smoking apartment; no pets allowed. Beach approx. 25 m away; vacation park with shopping, dining, and recreational facilities approx. 5 minutes away.
