Welcome to the CPTN Nicolai Resort in the heart of Westerland—your stylish retreat on Sylt.
Our newly renovated cabin #8 in Dock 6a combines Nordic design with spacious living comfort. With 83 m² of living space spread over two levels, this modern 3-room vacation apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. It’s ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy a relaxing island getaway together.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll be greeted by the bright living and dining area with oak parquet flooring, clean lines, and a harmonious layout. The open-concept yet discreetly placed kitchen is equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances (including Siemens) and offers everything you need for self-catering—from breakfast to a cozy dinner. Adjacent to this are a separate guest restroom and a modern shower room with a large rain shower, heated floors, and a towel warmer. A staircase leads you to the upper deck, where two sleeping areas await you: one room with two single beds and another bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed. Custom-built closets and seating provide additional comfort. The living area also features a full-size sofa bed as an additional sleeping option. A special highlight is the private garden area behind Dock 6a, which, from May through October, invites you to relax in the fresh North Sea air with its lounge furniture.
As a guest, you have free access to the 200 m² pool and sauna area in Dock 6d, which features a 12 × 4 m pool, a sauna, and a fitness area (treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine, weights). Dogs are welcome, and one free parking space is available per apartment.
