Property No. 302250. Our newly renovated cabin #30 at the new CPTN Nicolai Resort in Westerland offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway on Sylt. The 43 m² two-room vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of Dock 6d and is centrally located near the beach. It accommodates up to 3 people and is ideal for couples, friends, or small families.
The entrance is on the middle deck (upper floor). The hallway leads to the light-filled living and dining area, featuring typical Sylt oak parquet flooring and high-quality furnishings. The exclusive sofa bed can be quickly converted into a comfortable extra sleeping space if needed.
The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances (including Siemens) and offers everything you need to prepare your meals. A supermarket and a wine shop are about a 5-minute walk away.
The stylish bathroom, decorated in shades of sea blue and sand, features a spacious rain shower, heated floors, and a towel warmer—ideal for relaxing moments of well-being after a day at the beach.
A staircase leads to the upper level of the apartment, where you’ll find the bedroom, featuring a comfortable box-spring bed that ensures peaceful and restful nights.
From May through October, comfortable furniture is available on the balcony—perfect for enjoying the fresh North Sea air, having breakfast in the sun, or winding down the day with a glass of wine.
As a guest, you have free access to the 200 m² pool and sauna area at Dock 6d, featuring a 12 × 4 m pool, a sauna, and a fitness area (treadmill, bike, rowing machine, and weights).
Dogs are welcome.
One free parking space is available per apartment.
