The "Kajütchen" vacation rental is located on the first floor of an exclusive new building in a prime location in Scharbeutz—quiet yet very close to the Baltic Sea and the town center. The gorgeous sandy beach and the lively dune promenade, with its many restaurants, beach bars, cafés, and charming shops, are just a short walk away.
A beach chair is available for free use on the beach from May 15 through September 15.
With two separate bedrooms, the “Kajütchen” is perfectly suited for 3–4 people looking to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. The high-quality interior design, featuring many charming beach-style details, invites you to feel right at home near the beach. You’ll find a light-filled living area with a cozy sofa, TV, radio, and Wi-Fi, a comfortable dining area for four people, and a modern designer kitchen fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The beach chair and dining set on the sun terrace guarantee relaxing hours in the fresh sea air. An electric awning provides ample shade. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200), a wardrobe, and a TV. The smaller bedroom features a double bed (160x200) with additional storage space in the footboard; please note that the bed is accessible only from the foot of the bed. The porthole window is fitted with blackout slats. All other floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds. The shower room is high-quality and modern. A porthole window and a towel warmer provide additional comfort.
The apartment includes a designated parking space in the building’s underground garage with an “Easee” wallbox (operated via the eCarUp app; the charging port is compatible with Type 2 plugs for 1- and 3-phase charging). Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the shared bicycle storage room. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are located in the shared basement. Of course, an elevator is available.
