The beautiful Scandinavian vacation home “Karlsson” is situated in a great location in the Niendorf/Baltic Sea vacation home area, right in the middle of a nature reserve. The Baltic Sea, the beach, the promenade, and the quaint Niendorf yacht and fishing harbor are all just a few minutes’ walk away. In addition to freshly caught fish and what are arguably the tastiest fish sandwiches far and wide, there are also various restaurants and cafés, as well as a bakery, a bike rental shop, and an adventure playground. A beach chair is available for you right on the beach from mid-May through mid-September.
Welcome to this wonderful vacation home, freshly renovated and furnished to a high standard in 2026, which, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across over 120 square meters of living space, is perfect for 6 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation near the beach. The “Karlsson” awaits you on a large, fenced-in property with a great southwest-facing wooden deck, which is equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers and offers a beautiful view of the greenery. For sauna lovers, there’s a sauna cabin in the garden, and for younger guests, a play structure with a slide and a swing.[nbsp] You’ll find a new, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen-dining area that offers all the amenities you need for cooking together. Here, you can chat and get creative while cooking in good company. The adjoining dining and living area, with a beautiful view of the garden, is sunny and bright and offers plenty of space for shared meals and social gatherings. The tasteful furnishings and high-quality amenities create a comfortable atmosphere in a wonderful setting. One of the three bedrooms, a modern shower room, a spacious entryway, and a storage room with a washer and dryer are also located on the lower level.[nbsp] Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one of which has an extra TV—and a large, nearly new bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
