The HerzLicht vacation rental, with its penthouse-style ambiance and ocean view, is located[nbsp] in a prime location in Niendorf, just a few steps from the beach. The newly redesigned promenade, with its variety of shops and restaurants, as well as the “Niendorfer Balkon” with its pier, are just a few minutes’ walk away. All the shops you need for daily necessities are in the immediate vicinity.
You’ll find light-filled, spacious rooms spanning over 100 square meters of living space and a huge, wraparound rooftop terrace accessible from every room and equipped with a beach chair, patio furniture, and sun loungers. Enjoy the magnificent view all the way to the Baltic Sea and choose between sun or shade as you please. Through a combination of sophisticated design, high-quality materials, and warm colors, we’ve succeeded in creating a pleasant atmosphere in a wonderful setting. On the second floor, a spacious living and dining area with a fireplace and a view of the Baltic Sea awaits you. The adjoining, semi-open kitchen is fully equipped and, in addition to a breakfast bar, offers plenty of space for cooking together. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds (180x200 and 160x200), one with a large closet and blackout curtains, the other with a dresser, a clothes rack, and blackout blinds, as well as two high-quality bathrooms. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. An elevator is available.
The apartment comes with two designated parking spaces and a lockable bike shed. Additional bike racks are located in the building’s entrance area. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are located in the basement and are available for shared use[nbsp].
