About this apartment rental
A beautiful vacation rental with a partial ocean view from the living room and the balcony, where you can catch glimpses of the Baltic Sea through the trees. The Heimathafen vacation rental is in an excellent location, less than 100 meters from the Baltic Sea beach and the promenade, and very close to the quaint Niendorf Harbor with its lively atmosphere and the most delicious fish sandwiches far and wide. Right in the neighborhood, you’ll find everything a vacationer could want—from restaurants and cafés to a newsstand and a coffee roastery, bike rentals and an adventure playground, boat tours, and a summer movie theater on the open beach. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available at the bakery around the corner, and the legendary Beach Kiosk 8 is practically right outside the door.
The Mediterranean-style, modern living room features a sleeper sofa (140x190), a TV, radio, and Wi-Fi, as well as an integrated dining area. The new built-in kitchen is well-equipped and features an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. The bedroom has a large double bed (180x200) and a built-in closet with plenty of storage space. The renovated bathroom, complete with a shower and a towel warmer, is bright and inviting. The south-facing balcony, with a beautiful view through the trees to the Baltic Sea, is furnished with two chairs and a small table and features an awning. The apartment includes a designated parking space.
For relaxation, the swimming pool—with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea—and the sauna, located on the top floor of the adjacent building, are available free of charge during operating hours. Please note that the sauna is only open from Friday through Sunday and on holidays. The swimming pool is closed in November due to maintenance work.
The well-maintained residential complex features elevators, coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use, and a[nbsp] bicycle storage room. There is a playground for our younger guests.
