The Meerchenwald vacation home is in an excellent location—quiet, yet close to both the beach and the town center. The Baltic Sea, the kilometer-long sandy beach, and the lively town center are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Timmendorfer’s promenade, with its diverse array of restaurants and select shops, invites you to stroll and linger. Five stunning apartments offer contemporary luxury and every comfort across 100 square meters of living space for 4 to 6 people. The exceptionally high-quality features—such as solid wood floors, underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with electric exterior blinds, as well as exclusive bathrooms and state-of-the-art kitchens—ensure a high standard of living in a magnificent atmosphere.
The ground-floor apartment at Meerchenwald 4 features 2 separate bedrooms with electrically adjustable box-spring beds (180x200), blackout pleated blinds, and a TV, as well as two modern en-suite bathrooms with showers. In the hallway, a large built-in closet provides ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The spacious living area, with huge glass walls opening onto the south-facing terrace and small garden, features two sofas and a cozy armchair, along with a TV, DVD player, and surround sound system. Of course, Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The adjoining dining area seats 6 people, and the perfectly equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen-diner is sure to leave nothing to be desired. The windows are fitted with exterior sun-blocking blinds.
A designated parking space and bicycle storage are available on the property. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available for shared use[nbsp] in the laundry room.
