Welcome to our 70-square-meter, exclusive vacation apartment “Timmsande,” located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Timmendorfer Strand. With three rooms, it offers plenty of space for 5 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the beautiful Baltic Sea coast.

The spacious living-dining area is furnished with great taste.[nbsp] Among other things, you’ll find a high-quality pull-out couch here that can be quickly converted into a full-size bed (160 x 200). An open and well-equipped kitchen makes the space feel even more spacious, and floor-to-ceiling windows ensure the rooms are flooded with light. If needed, these can be darkened with electric blinds. Underfloor heating provides additional comfort during colder temperatures. The large bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180 x 200). Here, you can relax perfectly after an eventful day of vacation. Another room features a bunk bed that can be conveniently converted into a double bed (160 x 200). The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a towel warmer, and a separate guest restroom is also available. Particularly inviting is the partially covered outdoor terrace at the back, which is furnished with high-quality patio furniture. Here, you can enjoy the sunshine and unwind, or round off a wonderful day of vacation breathing in the fresh sea air.
