The exclusive Strandresidenz 115 vacation apartment, completely gutted and freshly renovated, is situated in a prime location just two rows back from the Baltic Sea[nbsp] and offers a dreamy retreat combined with the unique atmosphere and lifestyle of Timmendorfer Strand. The kilometer-long sandy beach and the promenade are just a stone’s throw away, and Timmendorfer Strand’s shopping district—with a wide variety of shopping options, events, and restaurants—is conveniently accessible in a 5-minute walk along the promenade.
A high-quality, fully furnished, and well-equipped vacation apartment on the mezzanine level awaits you, offering the utmost in living comfort in a beautiful, inviting atmosphere. The open layout connecting the bedroom to the living area—visually separated by half-height built-in partitions—creates spacious, light-filled rooms, furnished with a high-quality box spring bed (160x200) and a comfortable sofa bed (160x200). The windows are fitted with blackout pleated blinds, and a built-in closet provides ample storage space. The covered south-facing balcony, furnished with a beach chair and patio furniture, offers a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. The spacious, open-concept kitchen—fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances—invites you to cook together, and the adjoining dining area offers ample space for three people. The new bathroom, featuring large-format tiles, is modern and includes a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and towel warmer. Wi-Fi is, of course, available for free use.
There is an on-site indoor pool that our guests can use free of charge, as well as a sauna (coin-operated).
A designated outdoor parking space is located next to the building, and there is also a bicycle storage room (no guarantee of space). A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available for shared use. An elevator is available.
