3-room apartment, approx. 102 m², with two bathrooms, a terrace, and a view of the sea.[nbsp] A parking space and an electric vehicle charging station (subject to a fee and seasonal availability) are located in the building’s private parking lot.
Location
The beach is just a few steps away. In the morning, before breakfast, slip on your bathrobe and head out into the cool water… into our beautiful Baltic Sea! Haffkrug—the oldest seaside resort in East Holstein—and, for many, the most beautiful—is worth a visit any time of year. Here, you can take a break and simply enjoy yourself. A great blend of tradition and modernity, comfort and entertainment, relaxation and activity. Shopping, cafés, restaurants, and bakeries, as well as small shops that invite you to browse, are all within a few minutes’ walk. A lovely promenade invites you to linger and explore. You can do your shopping anytime without needing a car. Scharbeutz is within easy walking distance. Timmendorfer Strand and Travemünde are just a short bike or car ride away.

This 3-room apartment features timelessly elegant furnishings (Pandomo designer flooring). The bright living room, featuring a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette, is perfect for a comfortable vacation. Two stylish bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) featuring a full-length mattress (by Jensen), a wardrobe, and a TV; the second bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.10 m), two separate mattresses (by Jensen), a wardrobe, and a TV. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower/rain shower and a heated towel rack. On the terrace, you can enjoy the morning and midday sun, and as a special treat, a beach chair is available for your use. For convenient and secure parking, an outdoor parking space is available directly next to the house. Inside the house, there is also a common area with a washing machine and dryer, which are operated via a coin-operated meter. Bicycles can also be stored securely in the lockable bike room.
