About this apartment rental
Bedding, towels, etc., are not included in the trip price. Additional services available for booking: bedding, towels, high chairs. Pets: permitted if allowed (see description); registration and payment of a flat fee required. Tourist tax: 1.80 euros during the off-season and 3.00 euros per day per adult during the peak season. Payment terms: A deposit of 25 percent is due within 5 days; remaining balance 21 days before arrival. Payment options: Bank transfer; no credit cards or cash accepted; EC card accepted on-site only by prior arrangement. Welcome to your vacation on the Baltic Sea! This well-maintained vacation apartment on the 7th floor of Building An in the Heiligenhafen Vacation Park offers 45 m² of living space and accommodates up to 4 people. From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the view of the inland lake—ideal for relaxing in the fresh air.
The apartment features a living/sleeping area with a double bed, a separate children’s room with a bunk bed, laminate flooring, and Wi-Fi. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom features a shower stall. A washing machine is available.
Free admission to the children’s play area at Aktiv-Hus is included. Pets are not allowed; there is an elevator to every floor, shared bicycle storage rooms are available, the beach is approximately 300 m away, and free parking is available behind the building. Note: Starting in October 2025, there may be restrictions due to new construction work on the neighboring property.
Due to an ongoing technical inspection of the facade, the loggias and balconies facing the inner courtyard may not be used until further notice.The property management has already commissioned a specialized engineering firm to conduct the assessment. As soon as new information regarding the next steps is available, it will be announced accordingly.
