This accessible, high-end vacation apartment in the Ostseequartier No. 2 offers the utmost comfort, a relaxing wellness atmosphere, and a ground-floor location in the city center of Heiligenhafen, near Wilhelmsplatz. The modern residential complex in the historic old town features stylish architecture and is right next to the market square, the harbor, and the beach.
With a living area of approximately 58 m² on the first floor, this vacation rental is ideal for 2 (+2) people and one dog (for a fee). The maritime flair permeates the entire, newly and modernly furnished accommodation. The open living area with real wood parquet flooring creates a cozy ambiance. A comfortable sleeper sofa, a 40-inch LED TV, a DVD player, a radio with USB/Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a direct view of the furnished terrace from the sofa. Thanks to the north-facing orientation, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast and watch city life unfold.
The bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed (mattress firmness level 3) and an additional TV. For a third or fourth person, the sleeper sofa (140x200) in the living area offers additional sleeping space. Allergy-friendly bedding, towel sets, a travel crib, and a high chair are available for rent upon request. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The spacious bathroom invites you to relax. A walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a sink, toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer offer the highest level of comfort. A special highlight is the infrared sauna—perfect for recharging your batteries after an eventful day.
The open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction stove, and coffee maker leaves nothing to be desired. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area seats up to four people, allowing you to dine in style and enjoy your meals even while on vacation.
The hallway offers ample storage space for suitcases, a vacuum cleaner, and other items. A washing machine is also available. All rooms and entrances are at ground level and barrier-free—there are no steps. The assigned parking space is easily accessible.
The market square is only 500 meters away, and the harbor is 300 meters away. It’s about 1,200 meters to the pier and the beach. If the weather isn’t cooperating, a collection of games is on hand to keep you entertained.
Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. A safe and a first-aid kit are provided. A designated parking space is available, and additional parking spots can be found in the surrounding area. Bike racks within the complex allow for secure parking of bicycles or e-bikes.
