The apartment is about 150 m from the beach, and there is a bike storage room right next to the building entrance.
The 60 m² apartment on the 2nd floor is very comfortably furnished with light-colored furniture. In addition to a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and much more, the apartment features a high-quality couch[nbsp] as well as cable TV in the living room and a stereo system with a CD player.
The apartment is furnished for three people and has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a large closet, and the other with a single bed and a dresser for storage. The bathroom has ample counter space, a toilet, and a shower.
The hallway features a large coat closet.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the attic for a fee. Lockable bike storage at the back of the house.
The apartment does not have a designated parking space; paid parking is available in public parking areas.
Please note that during peak season, you must book the entire period or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
