The "Weiße Villen Boltenhagen 06" vacation rental is a spacious 90-square-meter apartment with 4 rooms that can accommodate up to 5 people. It is located in the center, overlooking the lagoon meadows, right in the heart of Boltenhagen. It’s just 200 meters from here to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.
The vacation rental has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. Special amenities include an infrared sauna and underfloor heating.
You can easily reach the vacation rental by elevator.
An outdoor parking space with a charging station for electric cars is available for your vehicle. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the lockable bike shed.
Booking Details: The vacation rental is a new construction and will be available for rent starting in May 2023. You can book year-round with a minimum stay of 3 nights. During the peak season (July and August) and Christmas/New Year’s, the minimum stay is 5 nights, and there are no gaps in availability.
Note on linens: Bed linens are not included, but we offer you the option to add our linen package per person for an additional fee. / 2 x box-spring beds with full-length mattresses 180x200 / 1 x single bed 90x200
Note on the visitor’s tax: Since we are a spa and therapeutic bath facility, our municipality charges a visitor’s tax. You may claim a discount if you have a severely disabled person’s ID card.

- Linen package: 30.88 EUR per stay
