About this apartment rental

Beautiful 3-room apartment on the 3rd floor, over 75 m². Stunning lake view of the international shipping route, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds and TV, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 shower room with toilet, living room with cable TV, DVD player, and stereo system, fully equipped kitchenette, beautiful balcony facing the water, reserved parking space on the outdoor grounds. No smoking; no pets allowed. Bicycles can also be parked conveniently and securely in the ground-floor bike storage room of the neighboring building (separate key).
