Boiensdorf is located on the Baltic Sea, right on the Salzhaff between the Baltic resort of Kühlungsborn and the World Heritage city of Wismar, featuring a beautiful, unspoiled beach that’s perfect for swimming and relaxing walks. The city of Wismar offers a harbor with a shopping promenade, three churches, an architecturally fascinating old town with many restaurants, a fantastic swimming pool with a lovely wellness area, and many other beautiful sights. Our Mecklenburg countryside has a special charm that can only be found here. Enjoy the open spaces and tranquility. Explore the beautiful surrounding area by car or bike.
By bike, you can easily reach Timmendorfer Strand on the island of Poel or the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik.
This newly built vacation home, with a living area of approximately 90 m², is located on a 350 m² lot in a vacation home community. In the following description, we’d like to give you an overview of the layout and amenities of the house.

Ground Floor:

Upper floor:
The stairs lead to the attic, which has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: one double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) Bedroom 2: three single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) Bedroom 3: two single beds (0.80 x 2.00 m) with a balcony and a view of the Baltic Sea. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and blackout curtains. A crib and high chair are available.

Heating:
The bathroom has underfloor heating and wall-mounted radiators; the other rooms have electric radiators that can be turned on individually as needed. On cold days, you can use the wood/coal-burning fireplace to heat the entire house and create a pleasant, cozy warmth.
The house features a spacious terrace (5 x 5 m) where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and have a barbecue in the evening after a day at the beach. There’s also a lawn where your children can play and run around. (Garden furniture, grill, and tool shed provided) The outdoor area is fenced in.
Both Boiensdorf and the neighboring town of Pepelow are located in an excellent kitesurfing and surfing area. Both towns have surfing and kitesurfing schools where you can learn these fascinating sports and rent equipment. Fishing is available in the surrounding area. You can obtain a recreational fishing license in Rerik, among other places.
