Well-maintained one-bedroom vacation apartment in the “Haus am Meer” on the 2nd floor with approximately 42 m² of living space. The apartment was extensively renovated in the spring of 2026 and features a modern and inviting design. The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) as well as a cozy sitting area with a sofa and a recamier. A dining area, cable TV, and a radio are also provided. From the west-facing balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful, slightly obstructed view of the sea. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. The modern bathroom with shower includes a toilet. The apartment features high-quality solid oak flooring. Wi-Fi is available (subject to change). Pets are not allowed. A parking space can be booked for an additional fee. Bedding and towels are provided upon arrival. A laundry room with coin-operated machines is located in the building.
