Located about 1 km from the small coastal town of Trget and 15 minutes from Labin’s Old Town, our RED House is situated in the quiet village of Burjaki. It has been designed with great attention to detail and offers a mini-spa experience with a pool, sauna, and hot tub. The approximately 600-square-meter property is fully fenced and invites you to spend a day or two at home.
When you arrive at this RED House, the first things that catch your eye are the turquoise pool and our beautiful stone lounge with a fire pit. The lounge and our covered terrace with a grill area are built from traditional Istrian natural stone and are perfect for gathering together.

With its 3 bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 6 people. All bedrooms are lovingly furnished and equipped with box-spring beds (2x 180x200 cm and 1x 160x200 cm) and air conditioning. Our master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a magnificent view of the pool. The bathroom, with its comfortable walk-in shower, is beautifully spacious and flooded with light thanks to skylights. There are 2 additional bathrooms. All bathrooms have underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, and one also features a bathtub.
The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and a large fridge-freezer combo, leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook together.
The living room features a dining table, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a large sliding door leading to the covered patio.

The heart of this house is our stone lounge with a fire pit. Here, in the evening after a relaxing sauna session or some time in the hot tub, you can sit together comfortably as the wood crackles, enjoy the evening atmosphere, and wind down the day.

In Trget, there’s a small convenience store for fresh bread and other essentials, a Croatian konoba, and one of the best seafood restaurants in the area. You’ll also find three beaches there. For hiking enthusiasts, these beaches are within walking distance of the villa. For larger shopping trips, the supermarkets in Labin—about 15 minutes away—are a great option. Many other beautiful beaches are just about 20 minutes away.

Of course, the rental price includes all utilities, bed linens, towels, pool towels, and final cleaning. There are also up to four parking spaces available right next to the house.
