A true haven of peace, this authentic cottage welcomes you in a green setting, surrounded by horses, ideal for an unforgettable stay with family, friends or colleagues.
Fully equipped, the estate has a large sheltered terrace, leisure areas and can accommodate up to 40 people for meals and 30 people for sleeping. Are there more of you? Solutions are possible, in particular with the installation of tents on site.
Whether it's for a holiday, a meeting with friends, a professional seminar or a private event, the Ranch de Sologne is the ideal place near Orléans and the Loire Valley Castles.
You will enjoy a large reception room, perfect for sharing meals or partying: air-conditioned in summer and warm in winter thanks to its stove. Everything is provided for the atmosphere: bar, sound system, lighting, table football, darts, video projector and microphone.
A real games room completes the set with air hockey, basketball machine, XXL sofa, television, speaker and board games.
Outside, everything is designed to create beautiful memories: large illuminated terrace in the style of a guinguette, garden furniture, brazier, summer bar, barbecue, petanque court, ping-pong table, volleyball, badminton, speedball...
For rest, the cottage has 10 rooms for 2 to 4 people, all air-conditioned and with private shower rooms for some. Beds are made on arrival, towels are provided and 2 travel cots are available.
Ideally located, the Ranch offers quick access to many activities: horse riding (100 m), tree climbing (2 km), canoeing (10 km), Loire à Vélo (10 km), hiking (1 km), go-karting (20 km).
