Room was great, the staff could have been more helpful when it came to instructing us on how to use public transportation.

The reception staff were very good, especially the night people.

Got in, cigarette stench everywhere, one room on the floor level was converted to gambling room lol (when someone opened the door some Chinese were yelling and gambling on the table ) it was scene from Hangover III movie lol. Our stay last year was much better stay, this time you can clearly see how fast this place was deteriorating. Will not stay again.
Bathroom shower was either all hot or all cold water....
