Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Our vacation home for 6 people
The vacation home is located on the outskirts of Wismar, about 2.5 km from Wismar’s market square, and about 8 km from the island of Poel. With the bus stop right nearby, you can reach Wismar’s old town in 5 minutes.
Shopping, a bus stop, and a gas station are all within walking distance (1 minute).
There are several parking spots available right in front of the vacation home.
The vacation home features a lockable storage area for bicycles or motorcycles.
In addition, there is a paved area with a seating area and a grill in the courtyard.
Layout of the vacation home
The vacation home (100 m² for up to 6 people) features a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, a bedroom on the first floor with a single bed, a bedroom on the upper floor with 2 single beds, and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. There is also an additional restroom with a sink on the upper floor.
Wi-Fi is available.
This is a non-smoking property—pets are not allowed!

Important! Due to construction work on the neighboring property, there is noise from the construction site. We have factored this into the prices accordingly. Therefore, the property is now only rented to companies and technicians.
