"Casa LOUES is a warm and welcoming apartment, designed to make every guest feel truly at home. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated with soft colors and furnishings that immediately convey a sense of tranquility and well-being. The natural light streaming in through the windows makes the spaces even more pleasant, while the decorative details create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for those seeking comfort, privacy, and a home-like setting where they can unwind after a day in Asti."
Welcome to our cozy accommodation in the heart of the city. The central location allows you to easily walk to restaurants, shops, cafes, and public transportation, making every trip quick and easy. The accommodations are clean and meticulously maintained: every room is ready to welcome you with impeccable comfort and hygiene. The area is quiet: you can stroll peacefully through the downtown streets, discover local markets, cultural events, and hidden corners of the city.
Hosting is a pleasure for me: I enjoy making people feel at ease and offering a warm, well-kept, and welcoming environment—just like home. I love taking care of the details and making the stay simple and enjoyable for those visiting Asti, whether for work or leisure. In my free time, I devote myself to my home and my hobbies, and I bring that same attention to detail to welcoming my guests. I’ll be happy to welcome you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is an outdoor security camera positioned above the front door, active 24/7, which records only the entrance to the property.
