Our private home is located in Sainte-Maxime, just 800 meters from the beach and in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
The house occupies the lower level of a villa. It measures 150 m² (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room), is tastefully decorated, and features a sunny 1,000 m² garden with an outdoor kitchen and a private swimming pool. You’ll have all the luxury and privacy you need.

The beach, called La Nartelle, is just 800 meters from the house, and the town is a 5-minute drive away. There is a small supermarket a 5-minute walk away.

Our home is spacious and offers all the privacy you need. It consists of
the first floor of a villa, with a separate entrance. The house features a large living and dining area, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, and a spacious entryway—all with doors opening onto the garden. Upon request, you can arrange for additional services such as lunch or dinner prepared by a star chef, a yoga class, or a boat trip to Saint Tropez.

All three bedrooms, as well as the living areas, have their own terrace or garden with doors opening out to the outdoors. Outside, you’ll find a 1,000 m² garden with a private swimming pool, various terraces, a barbecue, and a lounge area.
The house is beautifully decorated and offers all the luxury you need, including comfortable beds, children’s seats and toys, all TV channels, Wi-Fi, Netflix, an electric gate, three parking spaces inside the gate, a barbecue (Black Egg), and a petanque set. The house is very bright and spacious.

There is a lovely private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters, situated in your large, enclosed garden. The villa is just 800 meters (walking distance!!) from the beach at La Nartelle, with its sandy shores, sun loungers, and cozy, high-quality restaurants by the sea. In the summer, you’ll find a small supermarket just a 5-minute drive from the house, offering fresh bread every day.

The owner and chef, Caspar Burgi—known from various television programs—is at your service to prepare the most fantastic meals during your stay. He is known for cooking with organic and seasonal ingredients and can prepare the most incredible meals on the BBQ. Whether you’d like breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a picnic, anything is possible. Near the villa is a bus stop that will take you anywhere, and the charming and lively town center of Sainte-Maxime—which features daily evening Provençal markets—is about a 5-minute drive away.

The lower level of the house consists of:
an entrance, a spacious living room with a sitting and dining area, a flat-screen TV, a semi-open kitchen with a large refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, etc. There is a large storage room with a washing machine. The first bedroom is very large and has two single beds (90x2m), a double sofa bed, and a wardrobe. There are patio doors leading to the terrace at the back.

The first bathroom is located near this room and is equipped with a toilet, shower, and double sink.

Bedroom 2 is located on the front side of the villa and features a double bed (1.80 x 2m), a dresser, a wardrobe, and patio doors leading to the side garden.

The third bedroom, with two single beds (90 x 2 m), is located at the back of the villa and features a built-in closet as well as patio doors leading to the garden/terrace.

Between these two bedrooms is the second bathroom, which features a bathtub, toilet, and sink.
